This is the second time we have used happy plumbing. Both times have been very good experiences. Efren Has been the plumber: he is professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff. This time he took care of some long-standing problems, the kinds of things that you run into when your house gets old.

Had Happy Plumbing come to the house to install a new water heater and new toilet. Dustin and Bryan were awesome. They did super clean work and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company. When we do additional work in the future, I would love to see these guys show up to complete the work. Very happy customer!

I’m usually wary and skeptical of plumbing companies because a lot are unfortunately out there to scam you… but Happy Plumbing surprised me in such unexpected ways. First, they had an easy reservation system for online booking, I received a personal check in to confirm the appointment, they sent me a text to notify me when my technician Roby was on the way (and even included a photo so I knew who to expect at my door, which is much appreciated)! Just all around great communication and prompt responses from their office.

Next, my technician Roby was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated that he was not only able to identify the problem quickly, but he explained what might have contributed to my garbage disposal needing replacement to avoid recurring issues in the future. While he was here, he also quickly fixed my toilet and even went above and beyond and helped me install my toilet seat when he saw that I had a new one sitting in the box in the corner of my bathroom! Really excellent customer service.

And finally I also appreciate that he didn’t try to upsell me or convince me that everything in my house needed replacing. He actually encouraged me to save money by showing me where to get my own disposal that he came back to install. Pricing was very fair for the work that was done.

I will definitely be coming back to Happy Plumbing in the future, and I will be telling everyone I know to use them. Thanks Roby and team!

Efren… was fantastic !!!
He was Timely, polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough.!! Instilled faith in my observations that I was correct and explained why.. He had the patience of a saint, was meticulous and kind..
As well as should today not fix the problem. Here’s what we would need to do next and why.. Even encouraged me to give a shout out in a month just to say hey things are looking good..

I recently had a new water heater installed and couldn't be happier with the experience. Efren Diaz was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained the entire process clearly, completed the installation efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. The new water heater works perfectly, and I’m already noticing a big improvement. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable plumbing work done right the first time!
